Blowhorn is looking for a Customer Delight - Champion who will roll up their sleeves and lead a team from inside the trenches and retain essential relationships by serving as an internal advocate and client liaison.

What you will do:

- Work on the ticketing platform to resolve customers and clients inquiries
- Create effective customer service processes, policies and standards
- Develop customer satisfaction goals and coordinate with the team to meet them on a steady basis
- Maintain and compile accurate records and document all service activities and discussions

What we are looking for:

- 2 years minimum work experience in communications, support, account management, or customer success
- Proficiency in ticketing tools such as Freshdesk, Zendesk or other industry gold-standards
- Good communication skills and fluency in English and Hindi
- Empathetic, customer first approach
- Experience working in a fast-moving environment

Preferred Skill Set:\
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Demonstrated knowledge of Customer Success Management Software
- Demonstrated knowledge of report making, process making and implementation
