**Job Description: Customer Delight Executive**

We are looking for a passionate and driven Marketing & Customer Delight Executive to join our team and help us elevate our brand and customer experience to new heights.

Job Summary: Customer Delight Executive will play a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing strategies while ensuring that our customers have a delightful and seamless experience with Dabble. This dual-focused role requires a creative marketer with a keen eye for detail and a customer advocate who can transform feedback into actionable improvements.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Connect with Cash on delivery customers convert them into prepaid customers
- Connect with customers who have abandoned the cart and convert them into paid customers
- Connect with customers with service issues and resolve their issues to ensure customer retention
- Upsell to existing customers
- Connect with Dabble customers who have shown inclination to buy
- Manage and solicit reviews across channels.
- Create opportunities to run workshops and pop-ups.
- Work with leads to generate new sales opportunities Collaborations:

- Assist in managing and updating community social media pages.
- Contribute to editing blog posts for the website and follow up with parents.
- Respond to Instagram and WhatsApp customer queries.
- Upload videos to the community's YouTube channel, optimizing titles, descriptions

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Experience in customer service / telesales ( preferable)
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive and results-driven approach.
- Proficiency in financial management software such as Tally and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Customer orientation and customer facing experience ( preferably)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration across teams.**.**

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Yearly bonus
