**Roles and Responsibilities**

What you will do:
- Organise regular classroom-style training sessions on products, processes, engagement,
- soft skills
- Develop training playbook/Collaterals - digital and print educational material (e.g. videos
- and manuals)
- Maintain updated training collaterals
- Develop training calendar, mentorship programs, onboard new team members
- Assist in audits and conduct just-in-time trainings as needed
- Develop and conduct regular assessments on topics included in training
- Conduct frequent skill mapping exercises and stay on top of team skill gaps and needs
- Conduct role-play sessions for interpersonal skills - negotiation, conflict management,
- teamwork, etc
- Assess growth and progress through incremental training sessions on employee
- performance and client satisfaction-
