We’re looking for a Trainer who can:

Develop a thorough understanding of the customer needs, products in the market, the

manufacturers, the trade (traditional and modern).

Plan and execute Training Sessions seamlessly by working closely with the L&D Team and

Customer Delight Team Exclusively.

*
Define, refine and track metrics which help in assessing the health and progress of the Customer Delight Team.

*
Seek continuous feedback from the Champs through online and offline mechanisms to get a feel

of the current training techniques and quality audits.

*
Work closely with L&D Team in Creating Training Content for Company Technologies
*

Monitoring and providing continuous feedback on improvements in inbound processes such as

Voice and WhatsApp process.

Create innovative and Engaging Training Content for the internal team.

*
Work closely with the Quality Auditing team to plan the Trainings accordingly.

Develop a schedule to assess training needs

*
Consult with other trainers, managers, and leadership.

Maintain a database of all training materials

Review employee performance and learning

**Requirements**:

Any Graduate / Post Graduate degree in Business management.

1-3 years of experience as process trainer, managing team size of 15+
