**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle incoming leads from online platforms, walk-ins, and referrals.
- Engage potential clients, understand their requirements, and qualify leads for the sales team.
- Convert high-intent inquiries into site visits or design consultations.
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, and design teams to ensure smooth lead handover and tracking.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with lead status and client feedback.
- Deliver persuasive product/service presentations and follow-up effectively.
- Work closely with the digital marketing team to understand campaign performance and lead quality.
- Achieve weekly/monthly conversion targets and track ROI from various lead sources.
- Prepare reports and dashboards to track KPIs and performance.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in presales or inside sales (preferably in real estate or interiors,Laminates,plywood, Mica).
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Strong follow-up and relationship management ability.
- Knowledge of CRM tools like Zoho, Salesforce, etc., is an added advantage.
- Results-oriented with a history of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Someone with a proactive approach, data-driven mindset, and strong accountability.
- Must be confident, client-focused, and able to work under mínimal supervision.
