Key Responsibilities
- Handle international customer queries via chat and voice on behalf of Reach Mobile.
- Deliver exceptional customer service with prompt query resolution.
- Communicate clearly, show empathy, and demonstrate strong listening skills.
- Maintain details of inquiries and resolutions in the system.
- Work closely with support teams to deliver solutions efficiently.
- Embrace team goals and adapt quickly to client processes.
Required Skills & Experience
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Minimum 6 months’ international customer support experience.
- Graduate qualification required.
- Ability to adapt to rotational shifts and fast-paced customer support roles.
Interview Process
HR Round → Ops Round → Client Round 1 → Client Round 2
Work Conditions
- 5 days working per week.
- Rotational shifts and weekly offs.
- Two-way cab service provided for all employees.
