**Shift Timings**: Day Shift for Females and 24*7 for Males

**Job Summary**:
We are hiring **Customer Support Executives** for the **PhonePe** process. The role involves assisting customers with queries related to transactions, wallet issues, and payment concerns, ensuring a smooth customer experience for one of India’s largest digital payment platforms.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Handle incoming calls and chats from PhonePe customers.
- Resolve customer queries related to transactions, refunds, failed payments, and other wallet issues.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through professional communication.
- Follow standard operating procedures and adhere to process compliance.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the relevant department.

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- **Qualification**: Graduate (mandatory)
- **Skills**: Good communication skills in **English and Hindi**.
- **Typing speed**: Minimum 25 WPM preferred.
- **Immediate Joiners Only**

**Salary Details**:

- **CTC**: ₹23,000 - ₹26,000 per month (depending on experience)
- **In-hand Salary**: As per company norms
- **Incentives**: Applicable as per performance
