Key Responsibilities
- Provide top-notch support to Vivint’s international customers through both chat and voice channels.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical and service-related queries effectively.
- Maintain professional, clear, and fluent communication at all times.
- Accurately log interactions and resolutions in system records.
- Follow operational procedures for service and escalation when required.
- Work collaboratively within a team environment and support knowledge sharing.

Required Skills & Experience
- Good communication skills in English (speaking and writing); strong verbal fluency is essential.
- At least 6 months of experience in international process environments.
- _Mandatory:_ Technical support (troubleshooting) experience.
- Graduate or undergraduate (both eligible).
- Customer-centric attitude and adaptability with rotational shifts.

Interview Process

Work Conditions
- 5 days working per week.
- Rotational shifts and weekly offs.
- Both side cab service for convenient commutes.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹31,000.00 per month
