Sales Executive

**Role Summary**
The Sales Executive will play a key role in driving registrations, sponsorships, and partnerships for the Conferences. The individual will engage with schools, universities, potential sponsors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful participation and financial support for the event.
**Key Responsibilities**
**1. Participant Recruitment**
Identify and contact potential participants (students, educators, and institutions).
Guide interested participants through the registration process and ensure payment completion.
**2. Sponsorship and Partnership Acquisition**
Develop a database of potential sponsors, including corporations, NGOs, and educational
institutions.
Create and pitch sponsorship proposals tailored to client needs.
Build and maintain relationships with sponsors and partners.
**3. Marketing and Outreach**
Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute promotional campaigns.
Represent the conference at relevant networking events, school fairs, and exhibitions.
Leverage social media and digital platforms to expand outreach.
**4. Relationship Management**
Maintain strong communication with existing partners and participants for upselling opportunities.
Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, resolving queries promptly.
**5. Reporting and Feedback**
Track and report sales metrics, including registrations, sponsorship revenue, and outreach efforts.
Provide feedback to the organizing committee on improving sales strategies and participant
experience.
**Key Qualifications**
**Education and Experience**
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in events or education sectors.
Skills and Competencies
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
Proven ability to close sales and meet deliverables.
Knowledge of MUN conferences or educational events is a plus.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
How to Apply:
**Important Information**:
- Be present and work from the Lucknow office for a duration of 10 (ten) days during each of the two tour seasons, Fall and Spring.
- Attend and work in the Annual Internal Conference at the Lucknow office for a period of 5 (five) to 10 (ten) days, as required.
Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
