**Job Title: Production Support - OFSAA EPM and FCCM**
**Location: Bangalore**
**Employment Type: Permanent**

Description:

- Support SME for **OFSAA EPM and FCCM **responsibilities include not limited to Reviewing the Configuration for **OFSAA **and related products Batch support and Performance tuning DB Performance improvement using tuning, Partitioning-indexing.
- Supporting **OFSAAI and FSDF reports for GL**. End of Day (EOD) support for multiple environments
- Continuously strive to understand customer issues and deliver beyond expectations
- Manage individual project priorities, deadlines, stakeholders and deliverables in a dynamic environment
- Ability to learn and adapt to new frameworks/technologies and expand knowledge through hands on product experience
- Contribute to each step of the Application support process from analysis to resolution using best practices
- Create documentation and update existing documentation Implement best practices, standards and procedures including quality and delivery methodologies

Responsibility
- Monitoring the Batch and online issues and addressing them based on the standard service Management processes.
- Providing the fixes by working closely with the Global support teams by following the Life cycle of release and change Management
- Adhering to the customer service management framework and deliver the fixes from time to time
- Monitor the system performance and take the proactive measures to avoid the service impacting incidents
