
Product Trainer

Key Responsibilities:
1. Training Delivery & Execution
- Conduct
technical and functional training sessions
for employees, clients, and partners on Tech products. - Deliver both
online and in-person
training sessions. - Provide hands-on demonstrations and real-world use cases to enhance learning.
- Ensure all trainees understand
product features, integrations, troubleshooting, and best practices
.
2. Training Content Development
- Create
user manuals, training guides, video tutorials, e-learning modules, and FAQs
. - Keep training materials updated based on
product updates, new releases, and industry trends
. - Develop assessments, quizzes, and certification programs to evaluate learning outcomes.
3. Internal Team Enablement
- Train
technical teams
on product functionalities and competitive advantages. - Conduct onboarding sessions for new hires to ensure quick adoption of Tech products.
- Gather feedback from trainees and stakeholders to continuously improve training programs.
4. Collaboration & Product Knowledge Enhancement
- Work closely with
Product Managers, Engineers, and Tech Support
to understand technical aspects of products. - Stay updated on industry advancements and competitors' offerings to refine training methodologies.
5. Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Measure training effectiveness through
feedback surveys, knowledge assessments, and trainee performance tracking
. - Provide regular reports to management on training impact and improvement areas.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Education:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in
Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field
. - Experience:
3+ years of experience in
Tech product training, technical training, or software education
. - Excellent
communication, presentation, and public speaking skills
. - Ability to
translate complex technical concepts
into easy-to-understand training materials. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
