Trainer Key Responsibilities
· Design and develop comprehensive training courses and interactive materials tailored for diverse end-user groups (e.g., field teams, managers, administrative staff).
· Conduct engaging training sessions both online (via Zoom, Teams, or other platforms) and in-person across various locations.
· Customize training programs to align with client-specific business processes, industry practices, and software configurations.
· Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of training delivery through surveys, quizzes, and post-training assessments; adapt content and methods accordingly.
· Create training documentation including user manuals, video tutorials, quick-reference guides, and FAQs.
· Provide first-line support to users during initial rollout phases, resolving software-related issues and offering functional guidance.
· Collaborate with the product development and support teams to stay updated on software enhancements, ensuring training content remains current.
· Track and report training metrics such as user adoption rates, satisfaction scores, and training completion rates.
· Facilitate Train-the-Trainer (TTT) sessions and mentor internal trainers or super-users within the client organization & own organization.
Qualifications
· to 9 years of overall experience with a minimum of 3+ years specifically in training or user enablement.
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
· Proven experience delivering training in ERP, Telco CRM, BSS, Inventory Management, Sales & Distribution, or Incentive & Commission systems.
· Strong understanding of enterprise software systems and their application in business contexts.
· Ability to quickly grasp new software applications and effectively communicate their features and workflows to end-users.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to adapt messaging for technical and non-technical audiences.
· Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate participants.
· Knowledge of software development tools and software development lifecycle (SDLC) is an added advantage
