The role involves strategizing, executing, and optimizing campaigns across various channels to maximize return on investment (ROI). Performance marketers rely heavily on data and analytics to assess the effectiveness of their efforts and make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Campaign Strategy and Planning**:

- Define objectives (e.g., lead generation, sales, app downloads).
- Develop targeted strategies based on audience research.
- **Channel Management**:

- Run paid campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and others.
- Optimize organic and paid search performance (SEO and SEM).
- **Analytics and Reporting**:

- Monitor KPIs such as CTR, conversion rate, CAC, ROAS, and LTV.
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, or custom dashboards for insights.
- **A/B Testing**:

- Test creatives, copy, landing pages, and audiences to identify high-performing combinations.
- **Budget Management**:

- Allocate budgets efficiently to achieve maximum ROI.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with creative teams for ad design, copywriting, and audience-specific strategies.
- Collaborate with product and sales teams to ensure alignment.

- **Analytical Skills**: Proficiency in interpreting data to guide decision-making.
