**Job Description: Customer Support Associate (Food Industry)**

**Location**: Govandi

**Employment Type**: Full-Time

**Experience Required**: Minimum 1 year

Key Responsibilities:

- Address and resolve customer complaints and issues related to products, orders, and services in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our food products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
- Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns or exchanges.
- Gather and document customer feedback to help improve products and services. Communicate customer insights to relevant departments.
- Accurately update and maintain customer records in the company database.
- Work closely with other departments such as Sales, Logistics, and Quality Assurance to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless service delivery.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer support role, preferably in the food industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and basic office software (MS Office Suite).
- Friendly and approachable demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

**Other Requirements**:

- Ability to adapt to changing customer needs and handle unexpected situations calmly and effectively.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays if required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
