**Responsibilities**:

- Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding product features, pricing, orders, shipping, and other inquiries.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints, issues, and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor for further investigation and resolution.
- Process orders, returns, refunds, and exchanges according to company policies and procedures.
- Maintain customer records and update account information as needed in the CRM system.
- Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction levels, and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure a seamless customer experience.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet.
- Empathetic and patient demeanor with a genuine desire to help others.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and other relevant tools.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,567.25 - ₹30,000.00 per month
