**Salary**: 15,000 to 25,000

Job Location: Sector 10 in Noida

**Responsibilities**:

- Partner with recruiting team and senior managers to design, refine and implement innovative recruitment strategies.
- Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms.

**Requirements**:

- One or more years of experience in recruitment or human resources
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and decision-making skills
- Good Knowledge of Microsoft
- Familiarity with job boards and computer systems.
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)
- Time Management skills
- Experience in developing recruitment strategy
- Desire to grow professionally with networking and ongoing training opportunities.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
