**Job Description: Human Resource Recruitment/Business Consultant**
**Position: Recruitment executive**
**Experience: (1-4years)**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Define job description and document specifications
- Conduct confidential interviews
- Follow-up references and check credits
- Research and develop recruiting leads
- Advise on best-recruiting practices.
- Offer proactive recruiting assistance
- Implement and administer employee policies
- Provide high-quality advice and service to management on daily employee relations and performance management issues
- Support the HR department in implementing programs to help improve the employee experience
- Offer proactive recruiting assistance
- Identify ways to improve policies and procedures
- Prepare termination and severance letters
- Train and provide support to HR team members
**Interpersonal Skills and Qualifications**:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required
- High level of flexibility, self-reliance
- Strong knowledge of hiring processes
- Sound judgment and problem-solving skills
**Working Hours**: 11 AM - 8 PM
**Number of Positions**: 1
**Location**: Hybrid/Onsite (Noida)
**Salary**: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹5,000,000.00 per year
