**Job description**

**Responsibilities**:

- Specialized in handling end to end recruitment process.
- Should have Knowledge of IT Recruitments.
- Involved in the discussion with Hiring Managers to write job descriptions where needed, setting and managing their expectations regarding timescales.
- Worked on various positions from Top to lower level.
- Work with Business Engagement Managers on recruitment plans and create a hiring plan for each open position.
- Review applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements.
- Following up on the interview process status.
- Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved.
- Able to handle in house as well as client hiring requirements.
- Promote company's reputation as a great place to work.
- Act as a single point of contact (SPOC) for clients.
- Should have good communication skills.
- Active, Quick learner, Self-motivated, self-driven & optimistic attitude.
- Immediate joiner more preferred.
