Designation : Space Planner
Experience : 2 to 3 years

Location : Thaltej, Ahmadabad

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and create space planning layouts based on client requirements, project specifications, and architectural guidelines.
- Conduct site analyses and assessments to gather data on existing conditions and constraints.
- Collaborate with architects, designers, and stakeholders to understand project goals and design intent.
- Prepare detailed floor plans, elevations, and 3D visualizations to communicate design concepts effectively.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and accessibility standards.
- Provide recommendations on furniture, fixtures, and equipment to enhance functionality and aesthetics.
- Present design concepts to clients and incorporate feedback into final plans.
- Stay updated on industry trends, space planning techniques, and innovative design solutions.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience in space planning or architectural design, preferably in commercial or residential projects.
- Proficiency in design software AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) and graphic presentation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Strong understanding of spatial relationships, ergonomics, and user experience principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of sustainable design practices and materials.
- Familiarity with project management processes and software.
- Experience in developing presentations and client proposals.
