We have an urgent requirement as we are looking to expand our customer service team.
Our Customer Service team has
- an inbound team
- an outbound team
We are also looking to add 1 Customer Service Executive to our outbound team. The outbound team manages sales and after-sales calls. We are looking to add one member for feedback calls specifically. we need someone with great customer relationship skills, who can do customer listening calls, gain insights and translate it to all of us.

- 6 days a week - 1 rotational weekly off

- Monday-Friday
WFH:
- Saturday
- Sunday
NO FRESHERS. 2-3 years of prior experience in customer service, preferably with d2c/ecommerce brands.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹10,671.06 - ₹20,750.66 per month
