
Customer Service Executive

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Issue Resolution**: Address customer concerns, escalate unresolved issues to appropriate teams, and follow through to ensure satisfaction.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services to effectively guide and assist customers.
- **Order Management**: Assist customers with order processing, status updates, cancellations, returns, and exchanges as required.
- **Data Entry & Record Keeping**: Accurately update customer information and interactions in the CRM system for future reference.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather customer feedback and provide insights to the team for service improvement.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments (sales, technical support, etc.) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- **Maintain a Positive Attitude**: Demonstrate empathy, patience, and professionalism in all customer interactions.
**Skills & Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in customer service or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle stressful situations and manage time effectively.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude with a passion for helping others.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in a customer service environment.
- Familiarity with [Industry-Specific Tools or Software] is a plus.
- Multilingual skills are an advantage.
