- By extending the offer and negotiating, you can speed up the offer procedure for employed conditions.
- Control the hiring and onboarding processes.
- Keep up with best practises and emerging trends in recruiting.
- Control the whole interview, hiring, and termination procedure.
- Ensure that all recruiting, selection, and screening are conducted in compliance with employment rules and legislation.
- Examine CVs and resumes, and supervise hiring of prospects process, from preparing for interviews to negotiating final offers
- At least one year of experience in human resources or hiring
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and decision-making abilities
- Solid Microsoft proficiency.
- Familiarity with job boards and computer systems.
- Bachelor's degree (or a comparable degree)
- Time management abilities
- Recruitment strategy development expertise
- A desire to advance professionally through networking and on-going training opportunities.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
