Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter based in Noida. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end hiring process, which includes sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and facilitating onboarding processes. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with hiring managers, ensuring alignment with recruitment needs, and fostering a seamless candidate experience. The Recruiter will also analyze hiring metrics and stay updated on industry trends to improve recruitment strategies.

Qualifications

  • Experience with talent sourcing, candidate screening, and interview coordination
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
  • Understanding of onboarding processes and employee integration
  • Ability to analyze hiring metrics and adapt strategies to meet organizational goals
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in IT and Non-IT recruitment is advantageous
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
