**Recruitment Coordinator (Grade C)**

We are looking to hire a **Recruitment Coordinator **in the TA Operations (HRSS)

**We will count on you to**:

- Ensures New Hire data integrity; identify missing or incomplete documentation for new hires, based on data integrity reporting; reviews and analyzes data and provides recommendation to ensure process improvement and efficiency.
- Liaison with the HR Operations team to ensure all required information is gathered and data is complete.

**What you need to have**:
**Knowledge & Skills**:

- Attention to details, follow detailed procedures and ensure accuracy in documentation and data and provides timely reports
- Commitment to task, able to take responsibility for actions and outcomes, persist despite challenges
- Communication, able to clearly present information both verbal and written, talk with applicants and stakeholders and listen well
- Customer Focus, able to demonstrate a high level of service delivery, do what is necessary to ensure stakeholders satisfaction
- Motivated and self-starter

**Education**:

- Graduate (any stream)
