The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process — from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and ensuring a smooth hiring experience. Key Responsibilities: Manage the full recruitment cycle for various roles across departments. Source and attract candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking. Screen and evaluate candidates based on job requirements. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment reports. Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team needs. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any field (MBA in HR preferred). 0–5 years of experience in recruitment (IT or non-IT). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
