About the Role

We are hiring an experienced Recruiter with proven NBFC hiring experience to handle end-to-end recruitment for business, sales, credit, and operations roles across branches.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for NBFC roles across functions and levels.
  • Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals.
  • Coordinate interviews, feedback, and offer closures.
  • Partner with business teams for manpower planning and hiring strategy.
  • Maintain candidate pipeline and MIS reports.

Requirements

  • Mandatory: Prior recruitment experience in an NBFC (minimum 1 years).
  • Strong knowledge of NBFC functions like Sales, Credit, Risk, and Collections.
  • Excellent communication, sourcing, and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in job portals and MS Excel.
