We are looking for a qualified Customer Support Executive to manage a team of representatives who will offer excellent sales support, customer service and after-sales support.
As a Customer Support Executive, you are responsible for handling sales over the phone entirely. You are also responsible for solving questions in regard to the product or service provided by the company. In addition to this, you should collect desired information from the clients and maintain healthy relations with them. You are required to understand the customer’s requirements and demands and close the sales deal efficiently.
**Customer Support Executive Responsibilities**:
- Answering phones and explaining the product and services offered by the company.
- Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers using scripts.
- Overseeing the customer service process.
- Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.
- Conducting quality assurance surveys with customers and providing feedback to the staff.
- Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support.
- Maintaining a pleasant working environment for your team.
**Customer Support Executive Requirements**:
- Plus Two / Diploma / Degree
- Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to lead a team.
- Knowledge of CRM systems.
- Computer skills.
- Knowledge of mediation and conflict resolution techniques is preferable.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher
**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
