- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional support within allocated time

**Required Experience**
- Minimum 6 Months to 1 year experience
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a customer service representative
- Excellent Verbal & Written communication
- Attention to detail
- Proactive approach to support
