Looking for a enthusiastic Female Customer support executive(Hindi Speaking) to join our team as soon as possible.

Overseeing the customer service process.

Troubleshooting customer issues and resolving it.

Working alongwith the Sales Team to Coordinate with the clients.

Resolving customers technical complaints brought to your attention.

Planning the training and standardization of service delivery.

Conducting quality assurance surveys with customers and providing feedback to the staff.

Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support.

Maintaining a pleasant working environment.

Customer Support Executive Requirements:
Any Bachelors Degree / Diploma / ITI

Computer skills.

Good communication skill.

Interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of mediation and conflict resolution techniques is preferable.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
