Role overview:
The Operations Intern will assist and coordinate the operations of the Progression & Placement teams and will be responsible for accomplishing students experience, engagement and placements. They will function within the department to ensure smooth running of set operational processes. The role requires proactive communication, quick execution & improvising to bolster batch performance.

**Responsibilities**:

- Own user performance and engage with learners to drive consistent learning.
- Work with cross-functional teams to enhance student learning and placements.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders to deliver an exceptional learning experience.
- Understand student feedback and analytics about course content to make improvements in future iterations.

Key Skills:

- Willingness to work in a fast-paced and output-driven environment
- Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
- Excellent communication skills - Proficiency in English and Hindi (Spoken & Written).
- Willing to make calls and be responsible for communication as and when necessary.

Others:

- This will be a full-time in-office internship in Bangalore.
- A minimum commitment of months is required
