Maintaining and increasing sales of the company's product & services. Generate and exceed target‐based sales.
- Identifying sales opportunities through extensive market research; Mapping new markets.
- Achieving sales targets through acquisition of new clients and growing business from existing clients.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service. Assess customers’ needs and provide assistance

and information on product features. Team up with co‐workers to ensure proper customer service.
- Doing Promotion activities and Marketing Activities to achieve sales.
- Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options Cross sell products.
- Build productive trust relationships with customers.
- Actively seek out customers, introducing the company and generate leads / enquiries.
- Focus strongly on converting every enquiry into an order.
- Preparing marketing and promotion strategies, plans; planning and organizing presentations to develop new clients.
- Prepare offers based on enquiries generated by self and public tenders.
- Constantly interacting with prospects and maintaining cordial business relationship with key clients.

**Key Responsibilities and Tasks**
- Conduct research and identify potential clients, contact prospective customers, arrange meetings in a knowledgeable and effective manner.
- Developing a special focus in understanding the customers’ requirements to provide a tailored, technical solution aimed at long-term, sustainable and value-adding partnerships.
- Maintaining and developing relationships with new and existing customers.
- Driving new business sales.
- Maintain an understanding of industry trends through industry events and industry literature.
- Participate in all appropriate product, sales, and procedural training.
- Attain monthly, quarterly, and annual objectives assigned by management and report on their progress accordingly.
- Graduate qualification in Engineering, Marketing, Business (or similar) is required.
- Prior experience in the Oil or Marine industry is required.
- Commercial experience in B2B, ideally with a technical background.
- Understanding or working knowledge of marine sector, offshore oil & gas, and related markets.
- Proven track record of full sales cycle.
- Analytical thinking.
- High service standards with dedication to customer satisfaction and value creation.
- Professionally presented with strong communication and teamwork skills.
- CRM experience ideal.
- IT literate (Microsoft suite).
- Willingness for extensive travelling.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
