- Job Title: Field Sales Executive

- Roles and Responsibilities:

- Identify potential customers and make initial contact to promote the company's products.
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to expand sales.
- Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
- Implement a sales plan to support sales and profitability goals.
- Coordinate and lead sales presentations to potential clients.
- Negotiate sales contracts and agreements to maximise profit.
- Required Qualifications:

- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Field Sales Executive or relevant role.
- Proficiency in English.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
- Fast learner and passion for sales.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets.
- Negotiate and close agreements with large customers.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
- Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities.
