**Job Description: Field Sales Executive (Easy Colour Contractor Associate - ECA)**

**Salary**: Gross Salary of ₹22,347/- per month + Allowances & Incentives

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Field Sales role involving extensive travel and daily interactions with contractors, dealers, and customers in the assigned area (**Chennai**).
- Promote and sell Asian Paints products, focusing on the **Easy Colour Contractor** program.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local contractors, painters, and customers to ensure product adoption.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by driving product visibility and influencing purchase decisions.
- Regularly report sales progress and market updates to supervisors.

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- **Educational Qualification**:

- Bachelor’s Degree (Any stream) is mandatory.
- **Age**:

- Must be less than 26 years of age.
- **Academic Performance**:

- Minimum 50% marks in 10th, 12th, UG & PG (if applicable).
- No active backlogs.
- No year gaps during education.
- **Location Preference**:

- **Other Requirements**:

- **Two-wheeler (bike) is mandatory** as this is a field role.
- **Language proficiency**: Fluent in Tamil and English. Hindi should be manageable.
- Must be comfortable with extensive travel and on-the-field tasks.
- **Good Communication Skills**: Ability to communicate effectively in Tamil and English.
- **Customer-Oriented**: A strong inclination to understand customer needs and address them effectively.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Ability to use mobile apps and reporting systems for daily work tracking.
- Wear **formal attire** while attending the interview.
- **Bring along necessary documents** (ID proof, academic certificates, resume).
- Ensure that you meet all the eligibility criteria, especially the requirement to have a **bike** for daily field visits.
- Prepare to discuss previous work or academic experiences that demonstrate communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
