This role is for one of the Weekday s clients Min Experience 0 years Location Chennai JobType full-time We are looking for an energetic and self-motivated Field Sales Executive to join our growing sales team The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales enjoy interacting with people and be ready to take on challenges in a fast-paced environment This role is perfect for individuals at the start of their career who are eager to learn the art of selling build lasting customer relationships and grow within a dynamic organization Requirements Key Responsibilities Lead Generation Prospecting Identify and reach out to potential customers through field visits cold calling networking and referrals to generate new business opportunities Sales Presentations Conduct product demonstrations and explain the value proposition to potential customers in a clear and persuasive manner Customer Relationship Management Develop and maintain strong long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty Market Research Gather insights on competitor activities customer preferences and emerging market trends to help shape sales strategies Sales Targets Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by effectively managing leads and closing deals On-Ground Promotion Represent the company at events exhibitions and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and generate leads Reporting Documentation Maintain accurate records of daily sales activities customer interactions and progress reports using CRM tools or sales trackers After-Sales Support Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery payment follow-ups and customer satisfaction Team Collaboration Work closely with the marketing operations and product teams to improve overall sales effectiveness and address customer needs efficiently What We re Looking For Education Bachelor s degree in any discipline Business Marketing or related field preferred Experience 0-2 years of experience in field sales direct sales or business development Fresh graduates with a strong passion for sales are welcome to apply Communication Skills Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills in English and local languages Sales Acumen Basic understanding of sales techniques customer psychology and negotiation skills Presentation Skills Confidence in meeting customers face-to-face and presenting products or services effectively Goal-Oriented A self-starter with the ability to work independently and handle sales targets Mobility Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory for client meetings and field activities Tech-Savvy Basic proficiency with CRM tools mobile apps and MS Office Excel Word PowerPoint Attitude Positive enthusiastic and resilient with a drive to learn and grow in the sales field
