Job description:
1. Job Location is Ahmedabad - Gujarat

2. Software Support / Service Experience is Mandatory. Not Only Hardware Networking Skill will Allow.

Work Responsibility Will be Installation of Our Software Product to Customer's Windows System. and Need to give Training, Service & Support of Our Software Product to Customers from Office and On Customers Premises Also.

Touring Also Required for this Post. Touring Allowance Will be paid By Company(Right Now Tour Required Within Gujarat).

So, Good Understanding of Software Product Like ERP, CRM is Needed.

Software training Will be Provided But, Required Good Grasping Power & Explaining Skill.

Exp. Required : Min. 1 yr to 4 yr.

Education : Any IT Software Course(diploma, BCA, MCA, BE(IT/CE), PGDCA With Hardware & Networking

Skills Required : os installation, format, Lan networking, Static IP Setting, Software Product Understanding Command, can Understad Customer Query over call about Software Product, Can Help to Solve it over call. Should be Good in Complaint Management.

Language : Hindi Mandatory, Gujarati, English Will be Plus Point.
