RESPONSIBILITIES:Learning and understanding company insurance products.Working on renewal of clients coordinate with customerAccessing customer accounts and policy schedules.Providing customers with detailed information about policies and products.Recommending available products.Typing up complaint reports.Prepare quotation, Policy, Claims REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS:Previous experience working as a Underwriter, Claims, Customer support etcIn-depth knowledge of general insurance products and policy schedules.Friendly and professional demeanor.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Basic computer skills and knowledge of database software.High-level typing skills.Ability to remain calm in stressful situations.Ability to explain detailed policy concepts in a simple way.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Prahlad Nagar, Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
- Hindi (preferred)
