**Job Title**: Sales and Marketing Executive

**Location**: Ganison Headquarters, Pune Wagholi.

**Position Type**: Full-time

As a Sales and Marketing Executive at Ganison, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our business through effective sales and marketing strategies. This dynamic position requires a combination of office-based activities and fieldwork within and outside the city.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and market trends.
- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Represent Ganison at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
- Prepare sales proposals, presentations, and contracts.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging promotional materials and campaigns.
- Provide timely reports on sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing roles.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel within and outside the city as required.
