They undertake essential activities of Sales & Marketing fraction such as Market Research, Tele-sales, E-mail Marketing, Field Sales, ABM (Account Based Marketing), and Digital Marketing.

Duration: 6 Months
Stipend: 12,000/
- Location: Wagholi, Pune

**Responsibilities**:

- **Campaign Management**:
Assist in planning and executing WhatsApp marketing campaigns, including promotional offers, product updates, and customer support messages.
- **Audience Engagement**:
Help grow and manage our WhatsApp database, ensuring a personalized and seamless customer experience. Respond to inquiries and resolve customer queries via WhatsApp.
- **Content Creation**:
Support the creation of engaging WhatsApp broadcast messages, graphics, and multimedia content in line with our marketing strategy.
- **Analytics & Reporting**:
Track and analyze the performance of WhatsApp campaigns, including message open rates, click-through rates, and customer engagement metrics. Prepare regular reports on campaign effectiveness.
- **Customer Segmentation**:
Help segment customer lists based on demographics, behavior, and preferences to send targeted WhatsApp campaigns and offers.
- **Collaboration**:
Work closely with the marketing, design, and content teams to align WhatsApp campaigns with overall marketing strategies.
- **Market Research**:
Conduct research to identify trends, best practices, and opportunities in WhatsApp marketing to optimize engagement and customer retention.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Familiarity with WhatsApp as a marketing tool and its user engagement strategies.
- Strong written communication skills with an eye for compelling content.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and analytics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva) is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
