**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the creation and execution of WhatsApp marketing campaigns to engage with our customers.
- Develop and curate content for WhatsApp broadcasts, including promotional messages, updates, and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design creative campaign strategies tailored for the WhatsApp platform.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide insights for optimization.
- Conduct market research to identify target audience preferences and behaviors on WhatsApp.
- Support the management of customer interactions and feedback through WhatsApp.
- Stay updated on WhatsApp marketing trends and best practices to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Help with administrative tasks related to campaign planning and execution.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Familiarity with WhatsApp as a marketing tool and its user engagement strategies.
- Strong written communication skills with an eye for compelling content.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and analytics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva) is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
