**Salary

**Working Days : Monday to Saturday**

**Time : 9.30 to 6.30**

**Experience: 2 years minimum**

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
⮚ Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including managing schedules, organizing

meetings, and preparing sales presentations.

⮚ Process sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

⮚ Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless order fulfilment.

⮚ Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.

⮚ Resolve customer issues or complaints promptly and effectively.

⮚ Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and communication logs.

⮚ Prepare and maintain sales reports, forecasts, and records.

⮚ Track sales performance metrics and provide insights to the sales team.

⮚ Assist in the preparation of sales proposals and contracts.

⮚ Update and manage the CRM system to ensure data accuracy.

⮚ Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.

⮚ Generate reports and dashboards for sales performance tracking.
