We are seeking a proactive and organized individual to join our team as a Sales Coordinator. In this role, you will play a critical part in optimizing our sales team's performance. **Responsibilities**:
1. Sales Team Support:

- Coordinate the schedules and activities of the sales team to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Manage sales-related documents and information, maintaining organized records and reports.
- Provide assistance to sales representatives, including handling orders, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring timely follow-up.

2. Lead Generation and Management:

- Contribute to the development and implementation of lead generation strategies, utilizing various channels.
- Assist in identifying and targeting potential clients through market research and networking efforts.
- Help categorize and manage leads through the sales funnel, implementing nurturing strategies as needed.

3. Deal Support and Transaction Management:

- Support negotiations with prospective clients by providing necessary information and documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client concerns and facilitate deal closure.
- Assist in managing the sales process from initial contact to final transaction, ensuring accuracy and completeness of documentation.

4. Administrative Tasks:

- Aid in the preparation and organization of promotional materials and events to support sales efforts.
- Assist in maintaining filing systems and records to ensure accurate sales documentation and reporting.
- Provide general administrative support to the sales team as needed.
- Develop an optimal posting schedule for social media platforms, considering web traffic and customer engagement metrics.
- Oversee the layout and content strategy of social media accounts, ensuring consistency with branding guidelines and engaging with the target audience effectively.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience in a sales coordination or administrative role; experience in business development is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
