Hi,

We are hiring for Sales Coordinator for an IT company.

**Designation: Sales Coordinator**

**Location
- Andheri**

**Working Days
- Monday to Saturday ( 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM )**

**2nd and 4th Saturday would be off and all Sundays will be off.**

**Role and Responsibilities**:
**Customer coordination**: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries,

providing product information, and assisting with order-related queries.

**Sales support**: Collaborate closely with the sales team to provide administrative support,

including generating quotes, proposal.

**Order management**: Process sale orders, ensuring accuracy in product selection, pricing,

and delivery schedules. Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely

delivery.

**Client communication**: Maintain open and consistent communication with customers

throughout the sales process, providing updates on order status and addressing any

concerns or changes.

**Database management**: Update and maintain customer databases, ensuring accurate and

up-to-date customer information.

**Sales reporting**: Prepare regular sales reports and dashboards to provide insights into sales

performance, client interactions and opportunities.

**Cross-Functional collaboration**: Work closely with internal departments such as logistics,

finance, purchase and Billing Dept. to ensure seamless order processing and customer

satisfaction.

**Product knowledge**: Develop a strong understanding of our cleanroom product offerings to

effectively address client inquiries and provide accurate information.

**Follow up**: Conduct post-sales follow-up to gather client feedback, address any issues and

ensure customer satisfaction.

**Administrative tasks**: Assist with general administrative tastasks to support the sales team

such as scheduling meetings and preparing sales materials.

Operational in Tally, CRM, MS Office & Mail.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per month
