Update to self about the product USP, other existing customers in your sales area, stocks and market information.
- Listening to customer needs, creating need and address to make sales.
- Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets.
- Get any update in compliance fulfilled by customer like KYC and KYCC.
- Gathering market and customer information, like stock, price, demand, supply.
- Creating detailed proposal documents, often as part of a formal quotation/bidding process which is largely dictated by the prospective customer.
- Recording sales and order information and sending copies to the concern department, or entering figures into a computer system also make sure all information get communicated to the logistic department which required for dispatch.
- Order must be get approved and communicated to the customer also provide the information of dispatch to the customer on time in prescribed format.
- Government or company due formalities as like way form/other form/account statement etc. to be followed and get it received and issued on time.
- Complainant raise by customer to be punched in system and generate ticket number, all detail in described format
- to be forwarded to production manager.
- Complainants to be get resolved internally and address to the customer with solution or compensation after approval.
- Coordinate with Production as well as dispatch for logistics.

**Salary**: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month

- Day shift
