Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain our customer relationship management system, ensuring that customer data is accurate and up-to-date.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective CRM strategies that align with business objectives.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and insights that can be used to improve sales and marketing strategies.
- Develop and implement customer segmentation strategies that allow for targeted marketing campaigns and personalized messaging.
- Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure that customer inquiries and complaints are resolved in a timely and effective manner.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to increase customer loyalty and retention.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of CRM strategies, making necessary adjustments to ensure targets are met.
- Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments.
- Assist with other related duties and responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in CRM management, marketing, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹34,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
