Job Title: Bank Alliance Partner

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- **Partnership Development**: Identify, evaluate, and cultivate strategic alliances with banks, fintech companies, and other financial service providers to complement and expand our product offerings.
- Fundraising : Expertise in Fundraising and Leverage facility from Banks and Financial Institution
- **Negotiation**: Lead the negotiation of partnership agreements, ensuring terms are favorable and align with our strategic objectives.
- **Integration Planning**: Collaborate with internal teams (IT, legal, marketing, product development) to plan and execute the integration of partner services into our existing operations.
- **Market Analysis**: Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, potential partnership opportunities, and competitive threats within the financial services landscape.
- **Performance Monitoring**: Establish metrics and KPIs to assess the performance of strategic partnerships, making adjustments as necessary to maximize success.
- **Stakeholder Management**: Serve as the primary liaison between our bank and partner organizations, facilitating communication and resolving issues that arise during the partnership lifecycle.
- **Training and Support**: Coordinate with partners to provide necessary training and support to our staff, ensuring they are equipped to promote and support new services or products.
- **Regulatory Compliance**: Ensure all partnerships comply with relevant regulatory standards and guidelines, maintaining the integrity and reputation of our financial institution.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. An MBA or relevant professional certification is preferred.
- Significant experience in business development, partnership management, or a related role within the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of the banking sector, fintech innovations, and regulatory environment.
- Proven ability to negotiate and manage complex partnership agreements.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively across functional teams to achieve common goals.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹75,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
