- **Order Management**: Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, returns, or cancellations.
- **Documentation**: Keep detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and actions taken to resolve issues.
- **Customer Feedback**: Collect feedback from customers to help improve products or services and escalate unresolved issues to higher authorities.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments, such as sales or technical support, to address customer needs effectively.
