Job Title: Service Representative

Department: Service/Operations

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with field service technicians and engineers to ensure timely completion of service tasks.

Handle scheduling of service appointments and ensure availability of resources.

Track and monitor service progress and provide status updates to customers.

Customer Communication:
Act as the primary point of contact for service-related queries.

Address customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary.

Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain accurate service records, including job orders, invoices, and customer feedback.

Prepare and present reports on service performance and metrics.

Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and organized.

Inventory & Resource Management:
Monitor and manage service-related inventory, ensuring required tools and parts are available.

Coordinate with procurement for the purchase of required materials.

Team Support:
Assist the service team with administrative tasks such as data entry, report generation, and scheduling.

Support the operations team with any back-office tasks related to service coordination.

Skills & Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred).

Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a back-office or administrative role, preferably in a service-related industry.

Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), knowledge of CRM systems is a plus.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer issues effectively.

Personal Attributes:
Organized and detail-oriented.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Team player with strong interpersonal skills.

Working Conditions:
Hours: Full-time, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (or as required).

Location: Office-based role

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
