**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 3 to 6 years of experience in export sales coordination or international marketing.
- Excellent communication (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and team members.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Job Objective: The Export Sales Coordinator is responsible for facilitating the entire export sales process, ensuring effective communication across departments to achieve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. This role aims to drive business growth through strategic customer engagement and timely execution of sales orders.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Business Development: Identify and pursue new customer opportunities globally to expand the company’s market reach and enhance sales growth.
- Sales and Marketing: Execute sales orders efficiently while coordinating with relevant departments (factory, purchase, logistics, finance) to ensure seamless workflow.
- Payment Coordination: Collaborate with the accounts department to manage local and foreign remittances, ensuring timely and accurate processing of payments.
- Quality Control: Review every sample received at the office, preparing detailed specification reports to ensure compliance with company standards and client requirements.
- Management Information Systems (MIS): Maintain and update the order status chart, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of sales orders to facilitate effective decision-making.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
