Customer Order Follow up on mail / Telecom
- Implement strategies to identify and capture potential customer leads in the field to support sales.
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Scheduling appointments and meetings With customer
- Interact with customers face-to-face, collect feedback, and build brand relationships.
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Responding to customer queries
- Greeting and receiving visitors
- Helping manage the office correspondence
- Performing general clerical and administrative tasks
- Telephone skills
- Conduct local market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs.
- Collaborate with sales teams by providing leads, information, and support to help them meet their targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with local retailers, suppliers, partners, and other key stakeholders.
- Mail Conversation
- Courier / Transportation Communication
- Maintains inventory of Material and anticipates supply needs; ensures prompt ordering and receipt of supplies and delivers supplies to work stations as needed.

**Education and Experience Requirements**:

- Graduate/ optional
- Driver’s license
- One to two years of Sales experience / Fresher also can apply

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
