Job Title: Jr. Sales Representative

Location: Bengaluru, India

Department: Sales

Reports To: Sales Manager

Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Qualify leads from marketing campaigns and identify high-potential opportunities.-
- Make cold calls to potential clients and introduce them to Planning in a Box AI platform and Pi Agent and Pluto7 offerings with Enterprise AI-
- Gather information from potential clients to understand their business needs and challenges-
- Nurture leads through the sales pipeline and schedule product demonstrations or consultations-
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies-
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in CRM-
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field-
- 1-2 years of experience in inside sales or telemarketing (experience in SaaS or AI-related products preferred)-
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills-
- Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques-
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team-
- Highly organised with strong time management skills-
- Flexibility to work during Europe and US friendly hours-
- Proficiency in SFDC software and Google workspace would be a plus.**Benefits**:
